A full spectrum of all Ruthy Alon's programs is offered with a focus on Solutions for Optimal Mobility and Walk for Life (walking with poles).
This is ideal for those continuing their training and for those beginning.

People like to stay at the resort next to my studio where the workshop is held. (walking distance):

Very fun small cabanas with shared bathroom, right at the lakeside edge.

Your own bathroom at a couple of other resorts a little further away:

  • Green Acres
And there are numerous other B&Bs, Airbnb, and even a couple of hotels and a motel.

Wednesday 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM 

Pilates is a body conditioning system that builds flexibility and long, lean muscles, strength and endurance. Resistance band exercises are also incorporated. 
This class uses the principles of the Feldenkrais Method® to illuminate and clarify Pilates exercises. Movements are done standing, and various positions on a mat on the floor.

Pepper Walk with Movement Intelligence

Monday 1:00 - 2:15 PM (please inquire if interested)

This group class features the work of John Pepper and is suitable for anyone that is motivated to learn and practice innovative healthful daily living techniques, including walking with poles. There will also be time for relaxation. Anna will help you find solutions to movement difficulties. She offers a support system to increase your walking speed to achieve the Pepper Walk using conscious movement and fast walking. Especially beneficial for people with Parkinson's. 


Friday 10:00 - 11:00 AM 
Move with less pain and stress by learning how to make any activity more effective and more enjoyable. Movements are mostly done on the floor lying on a mat.


Private sessions

Including Pilates Reformer and online using Zoom video conferencing available by appointment.

Fees for Pilates & Feldenkrais classes are $15 drop in or 10 classes for $120 (do not have be taken consecutively).

Fee for Pepper Walk with Movement Intelligence class is $25 each class.

Private sessions are $80. Reformer sessions are 6 for $420.

Cancellation/Refund policy:

Confirmed written notice more than 28 days prior to the start of the program, full refund minus deposit; less than 28 days prior to the start of the program no refund given.Withdrawal after the start of the program will result in complete forfeiture of tuition paid. Fees are not transferable or creditable to other programs except at organizer's discretion. In the event of program cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be given. The organizer is not responsible for any other expenses incurred.




RADIANT HEART YOGA with LAURIE STEFFLER Thursday 8:30-10:00 am

An asana sequence developed to increase core strength, and maintain a flexible healthy body. The concentration on breath awareness helps us to enter a deep state of inner peace. The heart toning we use during the sequence attunes us to a state of gratitude and joy with which we embrace our day. There is an optional half hour meditation sit from 9:30-10 am after class.

Laurie has 30 years of training in yoga and dance. She was initiated into and asked to teach Kundalini Kriya yoga.
